Enrolment Application

Enrolment applications can be submitted at any time via email to victoriapark.ps@education.wa.edu.au.

Applications may also be lodged in person on enrolment days, which are Monday, Tuesday and Friday between 9:30am and 2:00pm.

Enrolment enquiries can be made in person or by telephone during these enrolment days and times. If you choose to email an enquiry, it will be responded to during the enrolment days and hours listed above.

Victoria Park Primary School is a local area intake school and places are highly sought after, demonstrating community confidence in our education programs. As a Local Area Intake school, we only accept students who live within the intake boundary.

Enrolling your child in Primary School

To apply for enrolment at Victoria Park Primary School, families are required to complete an ‘Application for Enrolment’ form and provide the following original documents to the school office:

  • Birth certificate
  • Proof of address (see below)
  • Passport (if applicable)
  • Visa papers (if applicable)
  • Court orders (if applicable)

A minimum of 2 documents supporting evidence of residential address within the local intake area are required at enrolment. This may include a copy of:

  • Utilities account (electricity, water, gas)
  • Tenancy agreement
  • Rates notice

If your child is eligible for enrolment, you will be required to complete an Enrolment Form and provide an up-to-date AIR Immunisation history statement which is no older than 8 weeks. The school will notify you of the results of your application as soon as possible. The information you have provided will be used by the school once eligibility is confirmed.

Documentary evidence, including letters from external parties ie Universities and/or court orders relating to your child, may be required to support information supplied.

All official documents must be in the child’s legal name. The use of a preferred name may be possible for informal communications.

Kindergarten and Pre-Primary Enrolments

Enrolments for Kindergarten and Pre-Primary open at the beginning of Term 2 and close on the first Friday of Term 3.

Please note: Enrolment in our Kindergarten program for students residing outside the local intake area does not guarantee enrolment in the Pre-Primary program. All Kindergarten students, including those currently attending Victoria Park Primary School, are required to reapply for Pre-Primary enrolment in accordance with the school’s local intake enrolment process.
